Flag Hoisting – Independence Day, Thursday 15 August 2019

The 73rd Independence Day of India will be celebrated at Embassy of India premises, 24, Al Hidhab Street, Abdoun, Amman, on Thursday, 15 August 2019. All Indian Nationals in Jordan / Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) are cordially invited to attend the function along with their families. The programme will be as under:-

0730 hours : Gates open 
0800 hours : Flag hoisting by Hon'ble Ambassador of India to Jordan followed by singing of National Anthem.
0805 hours : Reading of the address to the Nation by Hon’ble President of India by Ambassador
0815 hours : Light refreshments

• Attendees are requested to assemble by 0730 hours.
• Photo-ID for security check at the gate is mandatory. 
• Please do not bring any bags etc. to the venue.
