Supply of Sofa-sets for the Embassy Residence in Amman(Jordan)

1.         The Embassy of India in Amman (Jordan) invites sealed bids from reputed furniture suppliers / manufacturers for the supply of 2-sets of 9-seat upholstered Sofa Sets for the residence of the Ambassador of India in Amman. 

2.         The Sofa-sets must be made of high quality wood (for long years of use) with good quality foam and fabric as it is required for the representational area of the Embassy Residence.  Selection of its design, color and upholstery will be in consultation with the Embassy of India.  Companies/manufacturers are requested to submit their bids along with design styles, sample fabric materials etc. if possible.

.4.        After examination of the bids by the committee of the Embassy of India, the lowest bid Party will be informed accordingly.  The Embassy of India reserves the right to accept / reject any bid(s) without assigning any reason(s).  All bidders are requested to offer the prices by 31.07.2014
