Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC)- 2023-24

1. Government of India offers 35 scholarships to Jordan under the ITEC programme. To facilitate easy filing, the duly recommended applications for ITEC/e-ITEC 2023-24 are now required to be filled in by the applicants themselves at the “Apply for ITEC/e-ITEC course” Details of the training programmes can be accessed at www.itecgoi.in.

2. The applicants can choose their own login email ID and create their login password, which would be used by the system to keep them posted of the processing status. Once the candidate has applied for a course, he/she must take a printout of the application and send it to Embassy of India, Amman through the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Kindly note that a customized Users Manual for the applicants has been placed inside the Portal, the latest version of which can be accessed. Also, customized training progammes may be proposed and organized by Government of India for groups of officials of one or more Ministries of Jordan in order to ensure that the knowledge they are imparted has the close relevance to the job profile of the participants.

The participants applying for training courses must meet the eligibility criteria including basic knowledge of English language to understand and interact in the class, work experience in their relevant Ministry dealing with the subject of the course applied for.
